PriPara: Divine Stars is a PriPara fanseries created by User:JoyNova13 and User:JessicaFin23.
Plot[]
For many years, the two PriPara worlds (the one for girls and the one for boys) were separated from each other by a gigantic digital wall. However, after the events of Idol Time PriPara, the wall has recently been destroyed. Following its collapse, strange things have begun to happen. PriPara and DanPri are no longer separate worlds, but now merged into one. Because of this, male idols and female idols can interact and perform together, regardless of their gender, and now boys can gain PriTickets and enter PriPara as well as girls. At Avocado Academy, Chikako Watanabe is chosen to become an idol at the newly-changed PriPara. She also discovers that she possesses the rare and powerful Divine Prism Voice, which is linked to the legacy of Jewlie and her sisters. During her time at PriPara, she meets a few other idols who have the Divine Prism Voice, too. Together, they embark on a quest to understand and master the Voice, hoping to bring its enchanting beauty to the stage. Through their performances and interactions, Chikako and her friends work towards bridging the gap between the PriPara and DanPri worlds. They organize joint events, collaborations, and competitions that showcase the talents of both male and female idols, fostering a sense of unity and mutual respect. However, there are idols who detest the merging of the PriPara and DanPri worlds and want to separate them again, as well as exploit the power of the Divine Prism Voice for their own nefarious purposes. Chikako and her friends must come together, combining their voices and strengths, to protect their world from these enemies.

Main Characters[]
- Chikako Watanabe - The first main character of the series. She appears to be a cold, emotionless, and aloof girl at first, but she is actually very sweet and caring, albeit slightly shy. Her main brand is Twinkle Cosmic.
- Sakura Saitou - The second main character of the series. She is outgoing, optimistic, and confident. Her main brand is Cat Storm.
- Kimiko Nakahara - She has a fondness for Gothic fashion and a penchant for the supernatural. Despite this, she is peaceful, cheerful, and looks at the bright side of things. She likes to be different and artistic in her own way. She embraces her beauty and is confident and classy with her originality. Her main brand is Aurora Girl.
- Saki Abe - Even though she is sometimes naive, she is always motivated and full of energy. She is very enthusiastic and inquisitive, and has a fairly sunny disposition. She's also very courageous and is never afraid to stand up for the things she loves. Her main brand is Color Splash.
- Karen Akiyama - She is mostly quiet, and can be somewhat cold-hearted at times. Despite this, she has a few close friends and she loves them dearly. She is a kind person and will generally help anyone who is in trouble. Her main brand is Glamour Fusion.
- Satomi Cho - She is energetic and friendly, and usually has a confident outlook on life. She's also smart and supportive of her friends. One of her disadvantages is that she can be reckless, sometimes selfish, and always wants attention. She can sometimes get frustrated with things that bother her or when things don't go her way, but she's okay with running into problems in life, because she is always able to solve them through rational thinking. Her main brand is Butterfly Silk.

- Katsuki Aoshima - The first male main character of the series. He was formerly an idol at DanPri, but was bored of being an idol in a virtual world where all of the idols were boys, and wanted something new for a change. He was told by one of the boy idols at DanPri about the wall that separated DanPri and the PriPara for girls. However, after the collapse of the wall and the merge between PriPara and DanPri, Katsuki was surprised to see that male and female idols finally had the chance to interact with each other. This gave him the opportunity to meet new idols of the opposite gender and make friends with them. He is great friends with Chikako, Sakura, Kimiko, and Saki, and it is speculated throughout the series that he has a crush on Sakura. He is a handsome young man with a calm, cool, and caring demeanor, but he is very wary and tries to avoid any trouble or exposure. Because of Katsuki's cautiousness, he is picked on by other students at his school for being so concerned with safety. Ironically, despite his predilection toward practical caution, Katsuki seems to enjoy the prospect of a little action in his life. He also seems to want this to be opined so with his reputation, as well; Katsuki openly expresses disdain for being considered an overly-cautious person, and has repeatedly attempted to persuade others to view him as otherwise. Katsuki also has proven to be notably irritable, as seen in his rambling about his reputation in the first episode. He gets easily annoyed with the schemes of the antagonistic idols, and with the help of his friends, he is able to put a stop to them. His main brand is Moon Crystal.

Rivals[]
- Ice Candy - An idol unit composed of four ninth-grade girls who are considered the "mean girls" of Avocado Academy. Everyone in PriPara calls them "The Sparkling Brats". They are often bullying, disrespecting, and harassing other students in Avocado Academy, especially Michiru, who seems to be their favorite target. When they pick on other kids, especially younger kids, they use very crude language and violent threats, which is not allowed either in or out of PriPara. Chikako and her friends are determined to put an end to Ice Candy's constant bullying and make them leave PriPara for good.
- Junko Shimizu - She appears to be sweet, energetic, and plucky when she is first seen in PriPara. However, this is an act; her true personality is rude, selfish, arrogant, and disrespectful. Her main brand is Dream Dancer.
- Chinatsu Oshiro - She is disrespectful, arrogant, and obnoxious, and she constantly tends to get in fights with others. Her main brand is Ocean Bird.
- Akari Serizawa - She is stubborn, irritating, and often does things that offend others. Her main brand is Gold Geisha.
- Daina Koizumi - She is very selfish and a huge liar, often making up stories that are hard to believe in order to gain attention from fans. Her main brand is Sweet Diva.
- Kaito Kaetsu - A boy who has a huge crush on Chikako (whom he calls "Chika-senpai"), to the point where he constantly tries to get her attention through seemingly romantic gestures, pesters her to love him, and stalks her to the point where he just won't leave her alone. This makes Chikako extremely annoyed, and she always tries to get him to stop, but he doesn't listen. When he keeps pestering her, she gets her unit teammates or her fanclub to make him stop. His main brand is Hyper Dragon.
- Nozomi Jinnouchi - A former idol who is a master of disguise and always caused trouble when she was in PriPara. She is a huge liar and often pretends that the trouble she caused wasn't her fault. She also insulted and offended other idols for no good reason other than to just make them mad. Her horrible behavior is what led to her getting repeatedly kicked out of PriPara before finally being expelled from Avocado Academy for good and sent to the Ookanda Boot Camp for Wayward Idols. Her main brand was Moonrise Queen.
- Renma Inukai - He appears to be playful and friendly at first, but this is just an act; his true personality is aggressive, apathetic, aloof, and unkind. His main brand is Wild Dog.
- Shinobu Bando - A non-binary idol who appears to be calm, gentle, kind, and friendly at first. However, this is an act; their true personality is vicious, impulsive, selfish, and callous. Their main brand is Myth World.
- Verara De・Vil - A rogue vocaldoll who at first appears to be peppy, energetic, adorable, bubbly, and naïve, but this is just an act; she is actually very annoying, immature, whiny, kind of psychotic, and tends to lash out at people when she gets angry. And yet, nobody really calls her out for her behavior due to her masking it with her “overly-cutesy and hyper-happy” attitude. After her true nature was exposed, instead of being sent to Ookanda Boot Camp, she was dismantled and disposed of because she was too dangerous to be kept in PriPara. Her main brand is LOVE DEVI.
- Atsuko Amari - Although she appears to be sweet, gentle, and naturally cheerful, she's extremely boy-crazy and and passionate about different boy idols whom she has a crush on, especially Katsuki, to an unhealthy degree. She becomes crazed and obsessive when she interacts with Katsuki or the other boys she crushes on, and is really selfish and stubborn, not caring one bit if some of those boys already have a girlfriend. She loves Katsuki so much that she'll do anything to keep him, and has an obsessive need to possess him. She is insanely jealous of anyone who she sees as a threat to her relationship with Katsuki, and gets angry when she sees him interacting with someone other than her. When this happens, she does horrible things to take out her anger. She is a master manipulator, using her sweet demeanor to trick people into giving her what she wants. Her main brand is Cupid Deluxe.

- Aishi Dotani - A young girl who is a huge fan of PriPara and wants to become a famous idol, but she has terrible songwriting skills and her ideas for Coords or Making Dramas are very drab. Because of this, she relies on Chikako and her friends to help her improve her poor skills so she can perform in PriPara with them. Her main brand is Graffiti Legend.
- Yuki Chiaki - She is very smart, calm, sweet, and caring, and loves any and all things related to snow or winter. She is warm and polite to everyone who's close to her, even though she's not afraid to stand up for what's right. She always has ideas of her own and is not afraid to speak the truth. She can also be a bit stubborn at times. If there's one thing she loves, it's exploring what she doesn't know and make the best of any situation. She wants to live a free life and be there for the ones that she loves. She is opinionated, patient, and understanding and will sacrifice her own happiness for her loved ones. Her main brand is Crystal Ice Queen.

- Most of the characters in this series are based on real-life Wikia/FANDOM contributors and YouTubers.
- It is revealed in this series that there was once a wall that separated the PriPara world for girls and the one for boys (aka DanPri), but after the events of Idol Time PriPara, the wall disintegrated, allowing the two worlds to permanently merge with each other and become one, thus bringing both male and female idols together, which is why the idols in this series (and the ones that follow it) are able to interact with one another and become idols in the same world, regardless of their gender.
