Vanilla Nakahara is a secondary character in PriPara: Magical Fashion and a seventh grader at Oshare Light Academy. She is a Feminine-type idol and her preferred brand is Vanilla Lolita.

Appearance

In her normal form, Vanilla has short pink hair worn in a ponytail and red eyes. In her idol form, her hair is styled in a French braid.

Personality

Vanilla appears to be a pleasant, friendly, and humorous girl at first. However, this is an act; her true personality is more rude, aloof, and unpleasant than her persona that she gives off to her fans and first impressions with other idols. She has somewhat of a bipolar personality where she alternates between being sarcastic and rude and obnoxiously nice. She acts mean towards Choko, irritated by how she is able to attract fans more than her. She is also initially conniving and deceitful.

Relationships

• Choko Kabayama - Choko is Vanilla's self-proclaimed rival. Vanilla does not like Choko at all because she believes the latter is "too sweet" and "annoyingly cheerful". Their families also own rivaling cafes, and will sometimes feud over whose delicacies are the best. While Choko's cafe has chocolate-flavored desserts as its specialties, Vanilla's cafe specializes in vanilla-flavored desserts.
